Last autumn, Pangaea released his first and much-anticipated EP in seven years. On ‘Changing Channels’ the British artist also known as Kevin McAuley re-establishes his reputation as a master of galloping, infectious and hypnotic electronic tracks that first of all make you want to dance but never shy away from experiment. A DJ since the age of 14, his sets are acrobatic voyages that reach both outward and inward to integrate techno, house and other UK styles into their rhythmic axis. As the co-founder of Hessle Audio, established in 2007 with Ben UFO and Pearson Sound, Pangaea is also behind some of the most boundary-pushing club music to come from the UK in the past two decades.
