A chameleonic enigma, Luke Slater is renowned for his ability to bring together seemingly unrelated sonic textures, moving from one genre to another with euphoric clarity. Starting out in late-80s London, the British artist is responsible for some of the most richly textured techno of the past 30-some years, but has also branched out his craft into respected alter egos such as L.B. Dub Corp, Planetary Assault Systems and The 7th Plain.
