Hainafromchina (country of origin: evident, country of residence: Canada) is steadily building buzz across the globe. Initially captivated by trance, happy hardcore, and 150-bpm donk, she now infuses them with an array of Asian sounds, including manyao, budots, Thai beats, and funkot. What sets Haina apart is her ability to connect previously disconnected genres and the way her electrifying stage presence wows crowds. Haina is also a co-founder of Normie Corporation, a Vancouver-based club collective that champions QTBIPOC performers and is hosting its first Pride festival this summer.
